These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SatuInbox (“SatuInbox”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, platform, products, features, software, demo, support, and related services.
By accessing or using SatuInbox, creating an account, booking a demo, subscribing to our services, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
SatuInbox is designed to help businesses manage customer conversations, agents, tickets, follow up, SLA, and team performance from a more structured operational workspace.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between SatuInbox and the individual or entity accessing or using our services. If you use SatuInbox on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Additional terms, order forms, invoices, subscription plans, data processing terms, or written agreements may apply to certain services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement, the separately signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
2. Our Services
SatuInbox provides business software and related services that help teams manage customer communication workflows, including but not limited to team inbox, multi-agent access, ticketing, agent assignment, SLA monitoring, customer history, internal notes, reporting, and operational dashboards.
SatuInbox may be used in connection with WhatsApp and other communication channels or third-party services where supported. The availability of specific features may depend on your plan, configuration, integration availability, device, region, or applicable third-party platform rules.
3. Accounts, Access, and Authorized Users
You may need to create an account or provide business information to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, agents, or other authorized users.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of your account.
- You must ensure that all users under your account comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
4. Business Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for how your business uses SatuInbox, including the messages, contacts, customer data, business data, workflows, and communications managed through the platform.
- You must have the necessary rights, consents, permissions, and legal basis to collect, upload, process, store, and manage customer data through SatuInbox.
- You must use SatuInbox in compliance with applicable privacy, data protection, consumer protection, anti-spam, telecommunication, and messaging laws.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, and quality of data, content, messages, and instructions submitted through your account.
- You must not use SatuInbox to send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized messages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SatuInbox only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, directly or indirectly:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy.
- Use SatuInbox for spam, phishing, fraud, misleading communication, harassment, abuse, or unlawful marketing.
- Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SatuInbox, other accounts, systems, networks, or data.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from SatuInbox without written permission.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the services.
- Use automated scraping, bots, or other unauthorized tools to access or extract data from the services.
- Use SatuInbox to process sensitive personal data unless permitted by applicable law and supported by your agreement with us.
6. Customer Data and User Content
“Customer Data” means data, content, messages, contacts, files, notes, conversation history, customer records, or other information submitted, uploaded, connected, transmitted, or managed through SatuInbox by you or your authorized users.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data. By using SatuInbox, you grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, display, and use Customer Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for Customer Data and for ensuring that your use of SatuInbox does not violate any rights of your customers, employees, users, partners, or third parties.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
SatuInbox may allow you to connect, integrate, or interact with third-party services, communication channels, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, customer support tools, or other business applications.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, technical requirements, availability, and restrictions. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes to third-party platforms, outages, API limitations, policy enforcement, account suspension, or actions taken by third-party providers.
8. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
Certain SatuInbox services may be offered on a paid, subscription, usage-based, custom, or enterprise plan. Fees, billing cycles, payment terms, plan limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may be described in an order form, invoice, pricing page, proposal, subscription page, or separate written agreement.
- You agree to pay all applicable fees when due.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement.
- We may suspend or limit access to paid services if payment is overdue.
- Taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, and other third-party charges may apply.
9. Demo, Trial, and Beta Features
We may provide demos, trials, pilots, beta features, early access features, or limited evaluations. These may be offered with limited functionality, limited duration, usage restrictions, or without a production-level commitment.
Beta or experimental features may change, stop, or be removed at any time. They may not be as reliable as generally available features and may be provided “as is” for evaluation purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
SatuInbox, including our software, design, interface, dashboard, workflow, code, documentation, trademarks, logos, product names, visual assets, content, and other materials, is owned by SatuInbox or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in SatuInbox to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the services for your internal business purposes.
11. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, requests, or recommendations about SatuInbox, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you, provided that we do not publicly disclose your confidential information without permission.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other party. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and may only be used for purposes related to the services or as otherwise permitted by written agreement.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or already known without confidentiality obligations.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using SatuInbox, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, additional data processing terms may apply to business customers who use SatuInbox to process customer conversations, contacts, or personal data on behalf of their business.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that SatuInbox will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, internet issues, or factors outside our control.
We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, discontinue, or replace features or services from time to time. Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice of material changes.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SatuInbox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee specific business results, sales outcomes, customer response rates, operational improvements, revenue growth, or performance metrics from using SatuInbox.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SatuInbox and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to SatuInbox for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or an amount permitted under applicable law if no fees were paid.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SatuInbox and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of SatuInbox in violation of these Terms.
- Your Customer Data, messages, instructions, or business communications.
- Your violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of the services or unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure account credentials.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to SatuInbox if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security risk, misuse the services, infringe third-party rights, or use the services in a way that may harm SatuInbox, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
You may stop using SatuInbox at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution forum in Indonesia, unless another venue is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or platform practices. The updated version will be effective as of the date stated at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through our website, email, account dashboard, or other appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of SatuInbox after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
